from their experiences doing that in the sixties and seventies. Just like PNAC wanted excuses to start wars, he would have found one here too.

Don't know if he would have blamed ISIS for what the Red Brigades did in those days in Europe, and even in places like Turkey, where Turkish terrorists (who were more tied to Red Brigade terrorist ideologies than Muslim ideologies) kidnapped my HS teacher's airman boyfriend in the early 70's then. Probably two white and European for Bush to justify the wars he wanted to start.
