1. will be addressed by pulmonologist. 2. is in the left lower part of your abdomen. Anterior - front. Peritoneum is lining of your abdomen. I read that as between the lining and the overlying tissues (fat and muscle and skin). Gynecologist would be good start, general surgeon would be a choice too.
