Sure, Dear seems to be someone with some not-inconsiderable mental health issues. That just makes him particularly vulnerable to being influenced by inflammatory rhetoric (and fake-ass videos). This is no different from some radicalized imam inciting dimwitted, "one brick shy of a full load" types in the Middle East to strap on a bomb belt and pick up an AK. It's terrorism.
