43. you know this how, exactly?

these "Middle Eastern Men" could have been family visiting a 6-month old baby, old friends stopping by to say hi, anything really.

for all i know, they might not have been "Middle Eastern Men" at all. how do you know so much more about their particulars? are you FBI?
