Spokane Sgt. booked for Second Degree Rape -- of a female officer! [View all]

Investigators with the Spokane County Sheriff's Office announced Wednesday afternoon that they finished their investigation into a North Spokane County party where Ennis was accused of a sexual assault. Authorities determined there was probable cause to charge Gordon Ennis with Rape 2nd Degree. He is expected to make his first court appearance Thursday afternoon.
Sgt. Ennis is accused of sexually assaulting a woman -- also a Spokane Police Officer -- while she was sleeping, and then abruptly leaving when she awoke.
