anguished internet calls for "bans" aren't putting bullets into bodies. firearms are. gun owners, legal or illegal, are.

Obama isn't calling for a "ban", yet that's what gun "enthusiasts" are hearing him say, aided by the propaganda of the NRA et al. they'll continue to hear Hillary say it when she's in charge.

getting gun n00bs to stop saying "get rid of guns" won't stop gun owners from hearing them say it. if necessary, they'll go into the wayback machine and pull out posts from 2000. whatever it takes to niggle change to death.

the 1st clause of the 2nd doesn't disallow stringent regulation, and denying certain "arms" to the public is already an established precedent. so I agree, let's stringently regulate.

gun owners need to tell us where to start. twice yearly militia training weekends with continued possession contingent on passing? onerous federal bullet taxation?

I joke because I have nothing left...
