I once lived on a marginal block (one block north of Barack Obama as it turns out) in NY in the 80s during the crack years. I remember one night specifically when the locals were partying on the landing below me, breaking glass and basically challenging people to come out into the hallway at 2 am on a work night. Wouldn't think of it, but, with a gun...who knows? There are too many situations like that in life; so much simpler if you don't have the means to escalate. I can reminisce now. Shoot and it becomes THE story of your life. Not worth it.

I'll use my votes to try and change laws. That's as close as I would imagine we would fight.
