You moved to a condo from the apartment that you lived in for 10 years until it was condemned? That's quite a step up--bravo.
As to your question, unless you can show with some certainty that your neighbor tampered with your mail, then the post office won't do anything about it whether you report them or not. At most, they'll open an incident report, and after 30 days or so it will get filed as "unresolved."
If it's an ongoing issue, then you might be able to lodge a credible complaint, but if you call to complain that you think your neighbor might be engaged in subversive Christmas-wishing, then, if you're lucky, the person at the post office will suppress their laughter until you hang up or walk away from the window. This is especially true now, when they're dealing with literal tons of mail; a complaint such as yours will be somewhere below "sock sale" on their list of priorities.
Hey, I get the underlying sentiment. I'm atheist, and I have no stomach for overbearing displays of proselytizing Christianity, but this fight will get you nowhere.
