8. The CA AG's office is making noises about criminal prosecution.

They used fake ID, they appear to have stolen at least one identity of at least one real person who definitely wasn't a participant, they lied on their state tax forms about the nature of their enterprise, and that's just what I can think of off the top of my head. And all of that occurred in the great state of California, where the legality of abortion (hell, we'll give you state funding to have one) is about as controversial as the idea that there are seven days in a week.
