Gun control laws should be city / county implemented not state or federal implemented [View all]

Trying to pass sweeping gun control laws is heavily contentious and divisive, and because gun control is much more of an issue for big cities than it is for rural places, gun control should be left up to big cities and counties in metropolitan areas, if possible.
