A big part of the "Problem" of racism comes from Rove and the rest of the Bush Crime Family, with a special assist from Elena Kagan, changed that.

Problem is in "quotes" because official racism isn't a problem -- it represents more than bigotry -- official racism is injustice, and thus a Constitutional issue.
