11. I watched it and agree completely

The only thing that is correct about the "description" of the video is the cop didn't stand still when he shot. But he didn't stutter step or act surprised at all. The cop looks about as natural as anyone taking a walk down the street, shoots twice as soon as the guy gets up, dropping the guy instantly back down into the car, then he puts his gun away since he doesn't have line of sight to shoot him more.

It honestly looks like this cop would rather kill someone than arrest them. Free paid vacation timeout for a while so he can eat more and get in worse shape. I know asking for justice is just way too damn much... but is asking for cops to at least have mandatory fitness requirements too much as well?
