While it is technically legal to ship a gun from a person, to another person that lives in the same state as you (depending on state transfer laws)

USPS, UPS, etc will not do it.

Intrastate transfers between two individuals tend to be "face to face" because their is no way to ship a gun from a person, to a "non FFL, or gunsmith"

This is one of the "great loopholes" that they crow endlessly about, the gun show loophole only exists in there minds, and the moaning a endless whining is about "face to face" transfers' between state residents. Anyone who continues to argue about it is only exposing how little they know..

It is sort of like the people you see driving down the road, in the rain with their flashers on. All they are doing is advertising their ignorance.
