I remember 9/11 because I was working in DC. I don't remember JFK's assassination, but I remember his funeral, I was young and we were traveling cross country. I remember where I was when they shot Reagan, my response was "damn, they missed". Not a very good thought. I remember the 2000 election very well, stayed up late enough for them to start saying "wait" on Florida and of course, I was up very late after that.
