41. What many people don't know is that's a reality all over the country.

I grew up with a dad who frequently drove 2 hours to work and then 2 hours back. Here in Houston, most families aren't reunited until 7 p.m. or later because of traffic. I find it odd that people would think most people don't have a hell of a commute.

Both of my brothers live in LA and have fairly long commutes but no different than what we grew up with.
