10. Well how else can lawyers practice for new lawyering skills

I mean if we want to advance the abilities of our lawyers for the next generation then we need to hike the fees so we can test out new technology and provide better lawyers for the advance kind of lawyering that future criminals might need. Else these lawyers might just not be able to fight the crimes they use to be able to fight.

Sounds the way Shkreli might sell it to us!
