And seriously, it makes sense. #1, I would think developers would really want to make sure their apps are buttoned down before submitting them to Apple, and discourage rushed uploads with the assumption that you could just re-submitted every day if you make a boo boo. #2, leaving the app up for a bit would allow time for other feedback and user experience, so developers could fix other problems which may arise.

I dunno, though, I'm not a developer and I've never submitted an app.

Oh, and whatever happened to that app from 2010 which featured bios and caricatures of all the current candidates and challengers? Apple refused to allow it to be posted because it was "political." WTF is this Rmoney app if not political?
