48. Didn't the Kansas thing turn out to be someone falling for that crazy idea about CVS?

Some guy thinks if you sort the vote by precinct size, it shows Republicans fix every election. Except, he fixes the study first by choosing the sort order that produces the desired result. Then he sells books about it to the unwitting.
