From her wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Debbie_Wasserman_Schultz#Chair_of_the_Democratic_National_Committee

Also, from democrats.org:

As the chair of the Democratic National Committee, Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz works every day to advance President Obama's agenda and to elect Democratic candidates across the country.

First elected to Congress in 2004, Rep. Wasserman Schultz has been a rising presence in the House and a tireless advocate for Democratic values. Prior to becoming Chair, Rep. Wasserman Schultz was DNC Vice Chair.

Rep. Wasserman Schultz became the Democratic National Committee Chair on May 4th, 2011

Untrue. She worked to block the Iran deal. She has worked to help elect Republicans in Florida. She is a member of the Congressional New Democrat Coalition. I leave it to you, dear reader, to decide how "progressive" that group is or is not. Tireless advocate for Democratic values? Hmmm. Compare the website of the Congressional New Democrat Coalition with that of the Congressional Progressive Caucus and then you tell me.
