be available through NICS so he would be identified as having mental issues when he attempted to buy a gun but this is not going to happen, or he could have told the truth when filling out the paperwork to buy a gun...yea right. But then again he could have bought a gun at almost any gun show without any paperwork. I couldn't find anything that said what type of mental illness he was suffering from, could you?.
