I know what you mean about the "Russian roulette eating". Lots of that in the flatter parts of the state, too. There was one restaurant in a town on the border of the Savannah River Site that had great food, but was the biggest craphole on the planet. When it was shut down, we thought the health department might have done it. But, it turned out the owner was caught evading the tax man. I miss their sweet potato souffle and broccoli casserole, although I don't know why. Every bit of it that I have ever eaten is being carried around on my hips and butt.
