I discovered about an hour ago that I have a valid passport, but no DL. I seemed to have missplaced my wallet. I am 99% sure it is in the house someplace. I went on-line and there has been no recent activity on the one credit and one debit card that I carry. I can get a new DL on Monday and they'll look up the photo on file to verify my identity and I suppose the credit union will accept a passport as ID to replace the debit card. This is a royal PITA. I have driven
myself nuts looking for it. How many times should I check jacket pockets?

The last time something like this happened was several months ago when I missplaced my cell phone. I could hardly even sleep, but a cell phone is easier to replace than a wallet. (I found it in the freezer. I set it on the shelf on the door when getting something out and shut the door. Yes, I've already checked the freezer for my wallet.)
