22. Then there's the Saab corn poppers.

Three cylinder engine! Two stroke! Can't remember the model, but it was in the low 90's.

They would perpetually win the ice races on frozen Lake Saint Clair in Michigan because they would bounce off the snow banks on the turns. Indestructible, front wheel drive, not much horsepower, but poppa-poppa-POPPA for the win.
