The question is, will they go for another trial on the remaining counts, as they did with Blago? I doubt it. This team is no Patrick Fitzgerald zealots.

The punishment should be paying an FEC fine and perhaps spending a million of his own (many millions) to help unwed pregnant mothers. But the real punishment has already happened, and well deserved it was: JE will always be known as a scummy, stupid, hypocritical, cheatin', irresponsible a-hole. His career in anything is over.
