57. Not sure that is the correct definition

I generally consider someone who randomly kills people or causes mayhem for the purpose of instilling fear ( or rather terror) and thus obtaining dome political or social goal is a terrorist.

This is more accurately called "sedition " or its like.

Doesn't mean they aren't bad news.

It's like cancer is cancer and a massive heart attack is s massive heart attack.

Both bad,but one is not the other
