85. Most bases use the Real ID system with local vendors to give them base passes.

You should renew your passport or get a passport ID as soon as possible, just because of idiots like this in government.

If you are applying for a job at the base, your renewed passport, an official picture ID (State, Student, Medical, or Employer that requires a background check) with a birth or naturalization certificate and SSI card, should be enough to get you to the point of being hired. Then you'll be able to use the Real ID as official federal identification no matter what the idiots in your state do. Part of setting your account up in RAPIDS/DEERs even as an employee or vendor, your bio-metrics are taken as part of the process and your profile is in effect, "locked in".

If you get called in for an interview, you will need to call and explain that since you have a Missouri Driver's license, you'll need a way to get on base for the day. They'll either need to put you on a visitor's list to get you a temporary pass with the Missouri ID and a birth certificate/Social Security card, or they'll need to get you an escort to go on and off the base.
