10. The right way for this to be handled is to let it fizzle out...

.... and let all the embarrassment and delgitimizing of their movement that comes with it play out.

Then you move in and catalog every single piece of damage that has been done to the property, and gather fingerprints and more evidence to make any case foolproof.

They you get a sealed indictment for all of them with everything from trespassing to property damage to possession of weapons on Federal property to terrorism... and of course for every charge also comes conspiracy to commit that crime.

Then, when they have all gone home and figured it is all blown over you swoop in and arrest them all at 0330 Monday morning when they are all asleep, groggy and not expecting it in a coordinated event all over wherever they have gone to.
