I’m really in mourning today. I had my hair cut like his when I was 9 and very proudly wore Bowie t-shirts through my adolescence. His influence empowered me to do whatever I wanted, look any way I wanted to look, and be exactly who I am, unapologetically.

I’m hoping the Starman just went back to where he came from.
