There are 15 of them. Their occupation is laughable at best: in the middle of nowhere with enough supplies for only a day or two. They can easily be ignored and waited out. The reason the government has done nothing is because there's absolutely no reason to do anything.

This isn't even a "rebellion." It's a comedy act. This will be over and forgotten soon enough. All I see is tough guy talk from fake soldiers.
