"You don’t need to be a statesman to understand the stupidity here. The only requirement one needs to grasp the cruelty of a comment like this is to be, at the very least, a semi-functioning human being.

Or to be sober. Whenever I have the misfortune of catching a snippet of this guy in action (I use that term very loosely), I’m always struck with the impression that he is on the verge of lapsing into a narcotic fueled "nod".

By that I mean, at any given moment, whether he’s waiting for his turn to speak, or even in the middle of a sentence, he’s just going to drift off to sleep. Nighty-night, Ben.

I wouldn’t be at all surprised to find out he is "self-medicating". Because, come on, the dude is high."
