13. My list

1. Make up a whole bunch of envelopes with $5,000 in C-notes and go around handing them out to people working in retail, restaurants, bars, and other places that have treated me with respect and courtesy over the years (waiters who always say "excellent" when I order are disqualified).

2. Make a hefty contribution to a scholarship fund at my alma mater.

3. Pre-pay their remaining college time for my three grandchildren who are still in school.

4. My wife and I each divide give our unified credits (5.something mill each) among our four children (each one getting about $2.6 mill).

5. Buy a moderate sized mansion (maybe 8,000 Sq Ft) and hire a caretaker and housekeeper at a good salary plus benefits and tell them that Ii want them to take care of things so my wife and I have no worries or problems with interior or exterior maintenance.

6. Invest the remaining in a good mix of income stocks, bonds, and growth stocks so that I spend the income each year and never touch the principal.

7. Tell politicians who come with tin cup in hand to get screwed.
