71. Him dying shortly after his birthday has me that much more sad and reminded of my mom...

… who just died a couple of days after I visited her on Thanksgiving less than a couple of months ago, and not long after her 89th birthday the weekend before then too. Bowie's death reminds me how so many special to us can leave us at any time unexpectedly, right after we enjoyed their life the day before. Bowie's influence over our lives will become more and more obvious in the days to come where we see the many different ways he's influenced our world in a positive way.
