34. Buy myself a politician or two

That's what I told my son last week. Of course, I'd get me some body guards first.

I'd get that lawyer that helped Colbert, and start my own PAC.

But I suppose after consultation with lawyers & accountants, I'd find a nice little house on the water, with a wonderful kitchen, and lots of fir trees outside. During this time, I'd make sure my son & his wife are set up comfortably.

Much of the money would go into a foundation. Because I know first hand the struggles in life, I definitely would help the less fortunate in so many varying ways. I would have a special foundation or trust dedicated to this, where with interest it would grow throughout the years.

I joke about buying politicians, but I would seek info on starting a PAC and a liberal think tank to battle the effects of the Powell Memo, & right wing lies & propaganda. I'm sure I would hire a few DUers for these ideals.

I'm battling Stage IV breast cancer, so I would seek out one of the best oncologists.

For me, put me in the house described above, a reliable car, comfortable shoes, and no worry between utilities and the grocery store, and I'll be happy. Don't need much, & don't want much, other than ease some of the pain and suffering of my fellow Americans.
