Texas requires disclosure of the winner but I have seen a couple of trusts claiming the prize and the only contact information is the name of the financial institution acting as trustee. Do not contribute the ticket to corporation, partnership or limited liability company in that you will be paying Texas margin tax on winnings (trusts are exempted).
Bottom line, check with attorney if you win. There are ways to shield identity if you do not mind paying legal fees and the fees of a trust company.
