second 1-5 w/ a few changes. I would pay off my student loan and a few minor debts.

Instead of a house, I would get a nice apartment/condo in a doorman/concierge building (I live in a large city - don't like having to take care of property)

Would definitely set up a trust fund providing myself w/ a regular annual income and regularly meet w/ a trusty top-notch financial adviser to make sure that I stay solvent.
