Establish a perimeter and kindly tell anyone who tries to breach it to go back home to their Cheetos.

Blare at max volume 24/7 a message saying "Leave your weapons inside. Come out peacefully with your hands in plain sight. Let us help you."

Sit back and let the situation resolve itself.
