2. Every time I go into a KMart or a Sears, I'm amazed that it's still there

Nothing against the site-level employees, who are clearly doing their jobs, but there seems to be a general "ah, fuck it" attitude pissing down from the higher echelons, and it's only a matter of time before someone flushes that toilet.
