he is leading an insurrection against the US government and he acquired the loan from a federal agency. Isn't there some clause in the terms of that loan relating to abiding by laws and not using any of the money even remotely associated with the loan in activities against the US government?

It doesn't matter where he has anything, it should all be confiscated... and that goes for daddy's ranch in NV.
