That is the reason the Republican Party is consistently calling for "STATES RIGHTS."

I think we fought a Civil War over "States Rights."

Yet, I have the feeling that too many people in this country feel that the "wrong side" won the Civil War.

And they are not about to surrender. And "States Rights" is their current battle cry.
