The cultures these males come from are, by Western standards, very right wing anyway, particularly with regards to the rights of women.
"it is well-known how ferociously the events have been seized upon by conservatives" - it is NOT just "conservatives" who are objecting to the consequences of European uncontrolled immigration policies, ellenrr, the left in Europe is not particularly impressed either, it's only the Establishment Left, politicians, academics and journalists, mainly, that see opposition to the influx of millions of people from a revoltingly misogynistic culture as a right wing phenomenon.
I don't think we need conspiracy theories.
