3. I don't give a time frame.

It's simply a fact. We cannot fix a system that is based purely on profit. We can never install enough checks and balances to make it fair.

Healthcare needs to be simplified. Healthcare needs to be done for the purpose of care, not profit. Will it happen in 2017? No.

However, 2017 would be an excellent year to start FIGHTING for it!
