That and rights for fetuses.
Out of work adults however, have no right to privacy and must be drug tested because, they are out of work and not a fetus.
Oh my, to be an out of work non-fetus in this country is to be a member of the underclass. Stained with the scarlet mark of unemployment because you made the foolish decision to leave fetushood before having assured yourself of full employment for life.
