6. Trump should never have hinted around that he hates

various ethnic constituencies--and he and followers are not so fond of Jews, either. They worked harder than anyone to be accepted into the establishment. In fact they have been paramount importance to conservatism since the 70s. (as chronicled in The National Review, current publisher of PNAC and The Chicago School.) They're not going to let Trump spoil all that.
