Trump and Rummy and Money – oh my!

The bad news on the economy might translate into an uptick for Romney – or not. Gotta remember his anti-labor policies, disdain for the US auto industry, and love of firing people. Not exactly the portrait of an economic savior and jobs creator. He may be a good businessman – for businesses, but that’s not going to help the average working American one whit.

One way or the other, this election season is going to be electric.

Speaking of firing people, isn’t it time for The Donald to shut his flap about Obama’s origin of birth? Does anybody take this walking hair hat seriously anymore?

As for the other Donald – what’s up with Rumsfeld’s inane commentary on Obama’s foreign policy? Claiming that the President’s successes in the Bush Crime Family’s war on terror was the result of actions HE took? What? There are known knowns and one of the knowable knowns is that Rummy thought his plan would win in Afghanistan in a matter of weeks and that Saddam Hussein was hiding weapons of mass destruction in groves of palm trees, and had an active nuclear program. WMD’s he was sure would be found “in days.”

Given his disastrous record I would thing Herr Rumsfeld would be too chagrined to comment on any of Obama’s accomplishments, much less take credit for them. Can you say – chutzpah?
