To keep the team below the salary cap so that they could go after big contacts... like Randy Moss several years ago, whom they couldn't afford if he hadn't.

Clearly greedy.

Evidently hates black people to if you listen to this thread.

Of course neither is true, no matter how loudly it is bleated.
