Speaking more generally, though, you're not going to seriously argue that the FBI during this time was race neutral and color blind? Since the demise of the Black Panthers and Pine Ridge, blacks and Native Americans have not been foolhardy enough to challenge law enforcement with threats of violence. I think we all know what would happen to them if they did. HINT: they would not be allowed the luxury of surrendering.
