1. Funny, but not true. As a fan of the loopy insanity of Jack Chick, I've read most of his stuff.

They even allow you to read it online for free hoping you'll order boxes of the phamplets to pass out at on Halloween, or at you local Church, or Post Office. You can read them here:

What you saw is most likely a spoof or imitation of Chick Tracts.
