I'd rather he was in prison too. I just think it's sad anyone died for the stupidity of that group and to me, it's not clear what he was doing with his hands. I'm not saying I'm right about it at all ... just how it looks to me from that aerial footage. Maybe the female in the truck couldn't see anything either after he left the vehicle with his hands up.
