Paul looks like he wants out of there, Christie looks like he wants to punch Cruz and/or Bush, Carson looks asleep, Cruz looks like he is trying to be taller and is tickled to be in the center, rubio looks like a little kid happy to be with the big boys, Bush is trying to look like the cool kid (and failing, miserably) and Kasick looks like he'd like to get away from bush. (But then, the original plan was a Bush-Kasick ticket and that just ain't gonna happen and Kasick hasn't the charisma to ever be first on the ticket).
