5. I'm often cynical about Obama's willingness to confront, but I think he'll come through on this one.

The script is already written:
DoJ warns.
Florida defies.
DoJ brings federal lawsuit.
Federal judge issues preliminary injunction telling Florida to desist.
Governor denounces activist judges and federal interference and the actions of the "Democrat Party" in shielding vote fraud.
Governor gets to play to the RW base with no downside except forcing federal and state taxpayers to pay expenses of litigation that should never have happened.
